Generally speaking, the Florida DOC frowns on pen pal web sites, and it has happened that Florida inmates have been sanctioned for participating. We have sent applications to Florida inmates only to have them returned by the authorities. That is why we have so few Florida Angels. If you know of a Florida Female Inmate that would like a personal listing, it will have to be done discretely and no applications through the mail to the offender.
