" Who Am I "
Hi, I'm Marie. I'm 48 years old, 5'5" tall and about 160 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
I am very much an outdoors person, I love working in the yard, fishing, camping, horseback riding and etc.
I'm pretty much of a home-body, and enjoying working on the house and barbecuing outside. I'm a very hard worker and have always had a job or two.
I've made some mistakes in the past and I'm not proud of that, but I try not to think about the past too much, and I'm looking forward to a better future.
I was blessed with three beautiful daughters, but God took one home when she was but 17 years old. The other two are living in Florida with family.
For the first time in my life I have found some peace with the help of God, and I know He is the only answer. I'm just getting to know God and that is a positive change for me, and I hope to become a better Christian.
I'm a GOOD, loving person and I try to be good to others as well.
I've been down for over 5 years now but with the help of God and a lot of research in the law library, I hope to be out soon. I'm praying to meet some real people, maybe a real friend. I've never had a real friend other than Ron, and he's been a good friend for quite a few years. I am also hoping that through this web page I will meet people who will give me guidance, and be good to communicate with, or just be a friend.

As Marie alluded to in her "Who Am I", We have known her for many years. I met Marie because she was a bunkie of a friend of mine, she wrote and ask to receive a copy of the old "Reaching Out" Newsletter that we used to publish. Marie also participated in the "Taking Back My Life" program via correspondence. Marie has always been a kind and gracious lady in her correspondence, and has never ask for anything other than friendship.
